Refund And Cancellation Policy

We understand that no one wants to cancel the package just for fun. There will be a solid reason for your cancellation. Unfortunately, we are operating in coordination with other agencies like airlines, hotels, embassies, and land arrangements in respective destinations. Kindly understand our difficulty in offering you the refund.

Payments:

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis, and the balance amount can be paid as mentioned in the program, but definitely before the commencement of the services. RAISE holds the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance based on the nature of the service and time left for the commencement. Sometimes full advance payment may be required, especially during peak season or high-demand periods.

Cancellation Policy:

• Airline/Hotel/Local Bus cancellations are subject to their respective policies.
• Minimum cancellation amount is 30% per adult once the package is booked.
• Cancellation 15–25 days before tour: 35% of land package amount.
• Cancellation 07–15 days before tour: 70% of land package amount.
• Cancellation 04–07 days before tour: 85% of land package amount.
• Cancellation within 04 days of tour: 100% of land package amount.
• Charges may vary during peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, etc.).
• RAISE's decision on cancellations is final.
• Separate policies apply for peak season hotel bookings.

Third-Party Cancellations:

• Hotel refunds follow hotel cancellation policies.
• Bus/Train tickets follow respective transport authority policies.
• Flight tickets follow airline policies.
• No refunds for unused services once trip begins (e.g. missed meals, unused transport, etc.).

Our Liabilities & Limitations:

Please note that after finalizing the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs or guide charges—either by the Government of India or the visiting country—such charges will be considered additional and will be collected from the customer.

Law & Jurisdiction:

For all complaints, suits, claims, or disputes related to any products or services offered by RAISE, jurisdiction lies exclusively with the Court of Tumkur.
